Refund Policy

This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through xr-peptides.com or xr-peptides.co.uk, operated by XR Biotech Ltd(Company Number: 17010979) (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Important: All products are supplied strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, or for consumption. Customers are responsible for safe handling, storage, and disposal in accordance with good laboratory practice (GLP).

Due to the specialised nature of our products, refunds and returns are strictly limited as set out below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged on arrival:

  • Notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt by emailing returns@xr-peptides.co.uk.

  • Photographic evidence and return of the damaged item may be required.

Remedy:

  • Upon verification, we will issue a replacement item only.

  • Refunds are not available for defective or damaged goods.

  • Replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy.

Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

1.2 Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Unsuitability for intended research use

Responsibility:
Customers are solely responsible for confirming product suitability and intended use prior to purchase.

1.3 Missing, Lost, or Cancelled Orders

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

  • Where a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will investigate and, at our discretion, provide either a replacement or refund.

Exclusions:

  • Refunds or replacements will not be issued for items seized, delayed, or confiscated by customs, border agencies, or regulatory authorities.

2. Shipping & Handling Exceptions

  • UK orders are shipped via tracked Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, or FedEx.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are generally dispatched the same business day, once payment has cleared.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

  • Delivery times are estimates only; next-day delivery is not guaranteed.

  • We accept no liability for courier delays beyond our control.

3. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection law, where such rights apply.

Due to the business-to-research nature of our products, many statutory consumer cancellation rights may not apply.
