2. Ordering & Payment

2.1 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by XR Biotech Ltd. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2.2 Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be made in full via the payment methods provided at checkout.

  • Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

2.3 Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded except under the defective/damaged goods policy.

3. Shipping

3.1 UK Shipping

  • Carriers: Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, or FedEx.

  • Dispatch Times: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched same day; orders after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

  • Delivery Estimates: 1–3 business days (estimates only).

3.2 International Shipping

  • Currently unavailable.

3.3 Packaging & Address Accuracy

  • All items are securely packaged.

  • Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information. XR Biotech Ltd is not liable for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

3.4 Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • Report within 48 hours of expected delivery to returns@xr-peptides.co.uk.

  • Evidence (photos, tracking info, proof of purchase) may be requested.

  • Resolution (replacement/refund) is at our discretion.

  • XR Biotech Ltd is not responsible for courier delays, customs, or other events beyond our control.

4. Refunds & Returns

  • Defective or Damaged Goods: Replacement only, no refunds. Notify within 7 calendar days.

  • Unwanted/Incorrect Items: No refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or unsuitability for research use.

  • Cancelled Orders Before Dispatch: Eligible for full refund.

  • Lost Shipments: Replacement/refund at our discretion.

  • Exclusions: No refunds/replacements for items seized or delayed by customs or regulatory authorities.
