1. UK Shipping

  • Carriers: We primarily use Royal Mail, but may also dispatch via DPD, DHL, or FedEx for larger or urgent orders.

  • Dispatch Times:

    • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched same business day, once payment has cleared.

    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

  • Delivery Estimates: Typical delivery within the UK is 1–3 business days, depending on the courier and location. These are estimates only; delivery times are not guaranteed.

2. International Shipping

  • Currently unavailable: We are unable to ship products outside of the UK.

  • We may review international shipping options in the future.

3. Packaging & Product Integrity

  • All items are securely packaged to protect integrity during transit.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. XR-Peptides is not liable for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

4. Tracking & Notifications

  • Tracked shipping is provided for all UK orders.

  • Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order is dispatched.

  • Customers are advised to monitor tracking updates and report any delivery issues promptly.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery at returns@xr-peptides.co.uk.

  • You may be asked to provide:

    • Photos of damaged packaging/products

    • Proof of purchase

    • Tracking details

  • Replacement or resolution is offered at the discretion of XR Biotech Ltd.

  • XR-Peptides is not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier services, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
